Customer Service Representative

HomeServe are currently recruiting Customer Services Representatives to join our busy Sales & Service department at our Walsall site.

Salary: £25,500 per year (full time, 40 hours)

Where will I work?

Whilst you will be required to work full time from our Walsall office (WS2 7BN) until your probation period has successfully been completed, after this you'll become eligible for our hybrid working model. We'll also do our best to schedule late shifts and weekends to be worked from home wherever possible, when the time comes.

Who are HomeServe looking for?

We are looking for individuals to join our Sales and Service team. As part of this team you will help to answer queries about our policies and products and offer additional products to customers where appropriate and compliant.

To join us as a Customer Service Representative, you don’t need a specific background or qualifications. All we ask is that you have some previous customer service experience and the following attributes:

• A great listener, who can understand what our Customers need
• Resilience, demonstrating the ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
• Eager to learn all about our products and processes
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
• Detail-focused, so you can follow our processes correctly
• Able to use a computer, so you can get to grips with our software and systems
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and fun environment
