HomeServe are currently recruiting Customer Services Representatives to join our busy Sales & Service department at our Walsall site.
Salary: £25,500 per year (full time, 40 hours)
This is a full time, permanent role, which requires successful candidates to be able to work their 40 hours a week on a fully flexible basis in our Contact Centre operation. Your shifts will be worked within our working hours as follows;
Shifts:
Monday - Friday Opening Hours 8.00am - 8.00pm (8.5 hour shift per day and weekend off) plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00am - 4.00pm (and work 4 weekdays) and 1 in 6 Sundays 10.00am - 4.00pm (and work 4 weekdays). Shifts are on a 4 weekly rotational basis including bank holidays, based on the days and times above.
Where will I work?
Whilst you will be required to work full time from our Walsall office (WS2 7BN) until your probation period has successfully been completed, after this you'll become eligible for our hybrid working model. We'll also do our best to schedule late shifts and weekends to be worked from home wherever possible, when the time comes.
